Important update to the 2025 season. We have unfortunately had to suspend the 2025 Tour Season due to an unexpected end in commercial air service.
On July 17, 2025 Ravn Alaska abruptly announced they would no longer be flying to St. Paul Island at the end of the month. They cited a lack of critical personnel to continue safely operating the route in addition to their aircraft leases expiring without an option of renewal. The Community of St. Paul Island and USDOT are currently in the process of evaluating new air carriers for the Essential Air Service (EAS) route to St. Paul Island. When we have more information we will be sure to share it here on our website.

GUIDING SERVICES
All tours are hosted daily by professional guides that are experienced naturalists, well-versed in St. Paul Island’s history, flora, fauna and wildlife. All guests receive an orientation on arrival to the island. Special requests and needs are reviewed for excursions, hikes and other activities at that time. Guiding services begin in the morning after breakfast until lunch, for several more hours in the afternoon before dinner, and also after dinner. Special excursions are offered for birding, photo opportunities, and evening recreation. Participation in all activities is optional. All tours will include the St. Paul community, the Saints Peter and Paul Russian Orthodox Church and the Unangan Heritage Museum. The tour may also stop at the local store for supplies where beer and wine are available for purchase. Some rain gear, photo equipment such as a tripod for bird viewing and photography may be available during the day. All tours are personalized to meet and exceed the expectations of our visitors.
