An extremely rare vagrant that has been found at all seasons, this species could arrive at almost any time. It is perhaps more likely to arrive in summer or fall and more likely than Common Cuckoo (Cuculus canorus) during the late summer and fall seasons. It is difficult to separate from Common Cuckoo and great care should be taken.
