Yellow-browed Warbler

Phylloscopus inornatus

A very rare fall vagrant to western Alaska, this species has been recorded a few times on St. Paul Island at that season. Records from mid-September fall within the standard period for Phylloscopus vagrants to the islands, while the early October record is on the late side, though as a hardier species this timing is likely not out of the standard period for vagrancy with this species being possible from late August-early October.
