A nearly annual species that can at times be found in small groups on the Pribilofs. The spring accounts for the vast majority of records for this species in the islands. It is most regularly found during the mid-spring, mostly between May 15th and June 5th with a peak covering May 25th-June 2nd, a week that accounts for nearly half of all local records. There are only three summer records of early southbound individuals with additional fall records during the mid-late August peak for shorebird migration.
