Passerculus sandwichensis

A rare, but regular spring migrant/vagrant, this species can be found from mid-May to early June with a peak of occurrence during the final week of May. There remains a single summer record, from mid-July, with the earliest fall arrivals not until mid-August. A regular fall migrant to the islands, this species has been seen through mid-October with a long fall peak from August 25th-September 20th. It is among the most regular migrant passerines found in the Pribilofs that does not breed in or migrate through the Bering Sea.
