Palm Warbler

Setophaga palmarum

Another vagrant to the state of Alaska, this species is an annual visitor to the state with only a few records in western Alaska during the fall, with two from St. Paul Island representing the entirety of the records from the Pribilofs. The records for this species in late September and early October falls in line with other New World Warbler vagrants in the late fall and the late September or early October timeframe is likely the best time for a future record.
